Returns & Exchanges

At Meermin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, and ensure the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
